Registration

Registration will not be considered complete until payment is received. Please turn in the above three forms along with payment: on or before May 18, please drop off at OCS front desk or office. after May 18, which is the last day of OCS spring semester, please mail to OCS mailing address - P.O.Box #223, Hilliard, OH 43026. ACT, SAT, PSAT Courses
OCS provides summer ACT, SAT/PAST programs to our students! For more details, please visit OCS Summer SAT/ACT Programs.

Enrichment Courses
To broaden students' horizons and to help students excel in academic and other fields. We therefore offer a wide selection of talent courses for our students to explore. Our teachers are very professional and passionate in their fields, and they love to help our students succeed. We offer art classes such as Chinese Calligraphy & Painting and folk dancing, which incorporate Chinese language and culture teachings in these courses. We also offer cartoon drawing, hands on electronics, Kungfu, and other options.

Schedule
There are 10 weekly sessions to choose from in the OCS Summer program. You may register your child for any combination of sessions throughout the summer.

Facilities
We are pleased to announce that Phoenix Middle School will be the location for our first year of Summer program. This is the only Asian program in central Ohio along with full school activity capacities. Lunch is ordered from local restaurant and service for students daily in the cafeteria.

Drop-Off and Pick-Up
OCS campus can be accessed from SR - 315 or I - 270. Blue, Yellow and Red classes Drop off at the east side of the building entrance between 8:15 a.m. and 8:30 a.m. Pick up from the east side of the school building entrance at 4:30 p.m.* Late pick-ups will be necessary for field trips that exceed normal hours. Before and After Care
Before Care and After Care programs are available for all children enrolled in the summer program. Each will provide space for children to engage in activities, such as drawing and playing games, until either regular programming begins or parents pick-up their student at the end of the day. Before Care begins at 7:30 a.m. For Before Care, we request children not be dropped off before 7:30 a.m. After Care ends at 6:00 p.m. Similarly, parents must pick-up their children by 6:00 p.m. * If a child is not picked up on time, his or her parents will be charged $1.00 for every minute they arrive after 6:00 pm

Before Care begins at 7:30 a.m.
For Before Care, we request children not be dropped off before 7:30 a.m.
After Care ends at 6:00 p.m.
Similarly, parents must pick-up their children by 6:00 p.m.

* If a child is not picked up on time, his or her parents will be charged $1.00 for every minute they arrive after 6:00 pm

What to wear/bring
Generally, students are required to have sneakers available at all times. We strongly suggest that all students are those involved in any physical/outdoor activities bring an extra set of clothing.

Lunch and Snacks
Lunch will be ordered and reserved from local restaurants for all students. There will be NO SNACK PROVIDED so please send your child with snack.

Payment and Fees
Deadlines Registration deadline is May 26, 2014. 100% tuition must be paid at the time of registration. Full tuition due May 26 (If full payment is not made by May 26, a late payment fee of 10% of tuition will be assessed). Incorporated into tuition cost is a non-refundable deposit of $100 or 50%, whichever fee is less. For students registered after May 26, full tuition is due upon registration, plus a late registration fee of $50. Payments Can drop off at OCS front desk or office at Phoenix Middle School on/before May 18. The Summer Program staff is currently hiring for summer 2014. Full-time and part-time counselor and teacher positions are available. Please complete the Teacher Application Form (Teacher Application Form ) and mail by April 1, 2014 for consideration.
